In 1999 I
made my first website online without thinking on the Internet "stolen" and
copied. At that time I was still inexperienced.
It was not long before I left in the guestbook of a good friend one of my poems which I wrote when I tried myself to realize my dreams. My mind wandered in the dreams of all people should live each and achieve above all. At the time, was my poem "Dreams".
Just this poem
Dreams
As long as we
have dreams, we live.
As long as we live, dreams give us hope
As long as there is hope we are not afraid of the future.
The future is in our hands,
we do not only dream, but we experiece them.

was from a
company that since at least 2002, commercial, unlawfully and without my approval
on postcards and postal cards and calendars sold there, unfortunately, very
often with the wrong title "Lichtblicke / Bright Future" signed.
The resulting
damage to my intellectual property is not good to make money terms. Of course I
am happy about any publication, for it is worth more than all the money in the
world. It shows me that I touch with my little text, the heart or alleviate
grief.
It
makes me sad but when I Due to the former unauthorized use of my work today
attacked, insulted or attacked by website operators when I refer to my copyright
and website operator or encourage users to publish my poem correctly or remove
it.
It runs
a tear when someone doubts my copyright, scolds me a liar or said I was just
greedy. I do not want to enrich my work, because they arose from my heart, my
feelings and thoughts and they are to serve all or in life to be a small step
further.

to again express my "Imprint",

publication
Basically, I allow, upon written request at "kontakt@petras-point.de",
private site operators to publish my works, as long as the proper title is given,
while my author note, in the form:
"© (year) by Petra Grabau or Petra Heierhoff" (see the note in my work) is
specified.
Of course, I reserve for this case, the framework under which my work is
published to be tested. Since my requirements are not unattainable, and may be
any private website owners to send a request to publish. A written release he
will receive from me then so far it is not a commercial or pornographic website.
Publications

that I have given no specific release, or pornographic sites I already expressly
